Runs rough/stalls and no power! Help

Hi Everyone, First post for me. Problem with my 99 VX which we just got about 6 months ago. VIN 0022 with 39,000 miles, (wifes car). I'm having a problem with it running rough and stalling. Just started today when my wife was driving. I got home and checked it out and the only thing I found was there was no pressure the fuel rail. Reading all the threads I'm not sure if it's the fuel pump, filter of regulator. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Tony

I just fixed my VX that had a rough idle and hard to start, i found that the pressure reg was leaking through the vacuum line that goes to the back of the intake manifold. it was just pouring gas into the manifold. after you shut off the engine pull that line off and see if gas starts to drip out.

I went down and pulled off the hose and just as you said, gas just poured out. Thanks very much. Made my wife happy!!!!!! No BIGGGGG garage bills.
