Hello All,
Over the past week or so, I have been noticing weird sounds from the front passenger wheel, and a slight wobble in the sterring wheel. I believe that my wheel bearing is shot. Due to work overload this week, I had to drop it off at a local shop to be repaired. How much should I anticipate to pay for replacing the bearings?
Additionally, I am having them check the front brakes. What should the labor be for a front brake job? I normally do this type of work myself, I just don't have any time.

Thanks,
Neal

Front wheel bearing repack is usually $200+. Replace a bearing, another $50+ and if the bearing damaged the race, another $50+ depending on how difficult it is to remove it. Do it yourself with basic hand tools, a couple of hours and the cost of a bearing and some grease, $25

Front brake job at least $100 (and they might resurface the rotors), do it yourself with pads (takes 20 min), $30.
