Interesting, how VX performed on rally (I hope just fine). Was it able to finish and what place ?

I wonder if they sell the front bar. It's probably the only one I've seen so far that I actually like.

Going by the big decal maybe they're made by ARB. They make a ton of great stuff for the Trooper, so maybe they'd crank a few bars out for the VX.

The ARB decal may just be an indication of sponsorship or perhaps to indicate the use of other ARB products like the air lockers?
It doesn't look like it would be difficult to fabricate something like it. Mounting is probably the same as the Westin Safari bar. It may need to be changed a bit so that the bar doesn't obstruct the turn signal indicators. I wish I had the resources to have one made. I like the prerunner look a lot. In terms of functionality, because of the airbags, it's probably not a good idea to have any bars attached to the frame... but functionality be damned. It just looks good. The bar would be a good place to mount a CB whip too... tie the tip to the roof rack etc.

Way back when, Tone got his aftermarket headers from Bob Land... you know, the ones that didn't seem to make much of a difference and were a beeotch to put in.
I think Tone has stated before that most all the non-oem products you see on that VX are custom made by the man himself (Bob and his team).
Someone could get in touch with Mr. Land about possibly producing a limited quantity for us, but I have a feeling he's been asked this before.

Bob's not racing the VX anymore. Looking at his website, www.boblandracing.com, I don't think he's racing any Isuzus anymore. At one time, he had several performance items for sale, but I think after having to refund money to several people, he decided to get out of the aftermarket parts biz.

Proving once again, if we want stuff for our VXs, we have to do it ourselves.
