After our ice/snow storm my drivers side wiper will not move. I have bent it up while manually washing the windsheild and noticed that it does turn when in the up position.
So what should I do?

Yipes!
A new motor will probably cost you about $60 + shipping from a wrecking yard, and probably twice that from a dealership.
Sorry, man.

I had the same problem with the ice. There was massive build up of ice on the cowl and also in the air vents. I poured hot water and de-icer on the to melt and now they work fine
good luck
expensive to fiw if something broke :(
