Wires coming from TOD ECU

Hi, I've got an autoelectrician looking at my VX and he wants to know what each wire coming from the TOD ECU does. I gave him the diagram which uncle asa kindly posted for me which was a great help but now we're stuck again. Thanks for all the help so far (especially Anita for the pm).
