WHats the largest rim you can put on the VX, without having to replace the whole everything on the car, i havent seen any VX's with anything larger than an 18''.....
Make friends with the search function...there have been members with 22's.

Urban ghetto sled alert! We are in danger of losing another SUV to the "but I want it to look sorta like a 4WD Civic.... only NOT" crowd!

Admittedly, chrome wasn't my first preference, but I don't think these 20's made my Ebony look totally ghetto. I've considered having them powder-coated either silver or a light charcoal grey, but haven't gotten around to it yet. (20 x 8.5 with a +14mm offset)

Wow! That thing is so shiny I think I can see my reflection in it though my computer screen. Nice! I wish I could get mine to shine like that.

But you're right. It really depends on the execution.

I agree that looks BAD.
At least put some more meat on those rims. Its obvious from the picture you can fit some more in there.
Looks like its running on rubber bands, black rubber bands.

That actually looks like it would be painful. I sometimes cringe a little when I hit a pothole as it is.

Ya, thats disaster I had in mind!
With a lift and some FAT rubbers, sure, ok, I can buy that.... I guess. I just was never a fan of giant wheels.... meaning anything over 18's. Hello to weight and bye bye to performance. Offroad at least creates a new scenario.... like more wheel area to scrape up. :p
THIS is the kind of crud I am talking about.... why even get an SUV if this is your plan?

I know the whole "its my car and I can do whatever I want" crap, but seriously.... it's just ookin' fugly. :p

My wheel breakdown begins after this weekend. My RT6's are coming off and getting a facelift. Hoped to buy some new ones, but all I can find out there are Eminem Peanut Pimp My Ride ferris wheels, and those have no place on any of my vehicles, hehe.
I hope to have the shoes back on within a couple of weeks looking good in all their new 18" glory. Really looking forward to the new look. ;)
