Window Tint.

I met this other VXer yesterday for the first time ever in person when i followed my dad to the Jeep dealer cuz he got my mom the new Jeep Commander, and every1's attention on that dealer ship was focused on both of our ironmans, but man we talked and talked, he was awsome and he has the same ironman as i but with 20in rims super black tint and some other awsome things in his VX. And he lives only 1/2 a mile from me, it's so wired, but his brother does tiniting on the side and he gave me his brothers # and his own and i Called his brother yestarday night to see how much he will do my windows and he is doing all my windows and front windshield strip at 5% tint for $100 and comes with life time warrenty, and his brothers VX looks amazing with the same tint. What do u guys think about that price? For me its like amazing, i can't wait to do it.

Go for it. $100 is a steal Over here. But you get what you pay for.

It's going to cost me $350+ to get mine done with Oakley or Ray Ban brand tint. Plus an Iron man with black windows = NICE!!!

I have never heard of Oakley or Ray Ban tint is there such a thing and where are you getting it?

do it!! i paid 130 to get my windows tinted because the guy really wanted to work on my vx so he cut the price in half.. so thats a steal

Jeez, yeah, go for it. I was quoted like $300 from a joint in Glenview, IL. I knew they were overpriced but now I am thinking they were on the moon.

friends got me a gift for my birthday, a certificate for 3m window tinting. total cost ended up being $250 here in CO.

just make sure the job comes with a workmanship warranty, etc.

WOW those are all HIGH prices for tint.
Consider the number and size of the windows on the VX anything over $150 is too much.

I have gotten many cars tinted and normally very dark. And have never paid more than $130.

I got talked into a higher-quality tint material, with a full lifetime guarantee for both installation issues and material defects. At a shop that has been in business forever, so I feel confident that they won't disappear tomorrow.

And remember, $140 anywhere else in the country is equal to $229 in Seattle, because we're stupidly expensive here.

Still inflation from $150 to $300 is alot

All of my tint has had a full lifetime warranty. All great quality as well.

yea for 130 i got full lifetime warranty and 3m tint, warranty even covers my stupidity:) (got a piece of dynamat stuck to it!)

In Florida, window tint is a must. But it seems that everytime I get windows tinted they are out of business in 6 months. I have been luck that the tint is still holding up.
