One last wheel fitment double check

I have posted before and done the research, but before I plunk down my money on the rims that will be very expensive to return I want to double check. The rims are AR Black Fuel 18" x 8.5" with a 6/5.5" lug pattern and a 18mm offset (NON-GM). Sound good?

What size tire? I installed a wheel with the same spec using a 285/60/18 and had to trim the front cladding, pound the rear cladding (front tire) and crank the torsion bars up so that it sat level to get them to fit, but damn it looks good and was worth it. If you need more info, email me, will take some detailed photo's for you on what to do and where. You didn't say, is it 108mm center bore? Anything less will not fit.
