Exhaust..........

Tone and I both had our passenger side exhaust pipe break off at the flange to the manifold. How is this possible for two Vehicrosses in different geographical areas?:confused:

Do you both have the PV or other after-market exhaust installed? Did you put an additional hanger on the front of the muffler, to take the stress off? I know BigMike had the same issue with is Flowmaster...

The stock muffler has a bracket with two bolts that relieves most of the weight. Just a possibility... it may not be this at all.
