wheres the rear seat belt bolt go?

its been a long time and i cant find the hole :mbrasd: any how i recarpeted and i think i might of not cut the hole thinkin i wouldnt need it. Once again the hole for the bolt on the bottom (lap belt portion) of the seat belt in the rear. Any/all directions are greatly appreciated :D ...x

just measured and it is 21 7/8" from rear molding . I measured from part of rubber on bottom where rear door closes. Dead center of indent of rear cladding.. Mine still has no carpet..
