Houston on June Sat. 14th

Early stages yet but Tone is planning a run down this way on the 14th and I thought it would give the locals (and new folks) a change to get together again. I understand there might be some PV's available so you might want to drop him a line.
Anyway, let me know who's coming. We'll jump in the "cement pond" out back (bring suit) then head out for dinner/entertainment from here.

Just a quick note to thank you folks for your understanding. Sorry to have to postpone at the 12th hour but Cary's health comes first. She is OK & just needed a breathing treatment (and stuff) from the hospital downtown. As most of you know from her illness she has problems with Houston air (doesn't everyone) but even more so in the summer months when the crap we breath gets worse than normal. We spent a week on the Oregon coast a few days ago and she was fine. Simply put, I gotta get her out of this hell hole. Perhaps now that I have my 20 yrs in with H.P.D. it's time to consider better surroundings.

If y'all still want to plan something down here let me know--my doors, & pool, are always open to friends

Sorry to hear that. Hope Cary is feeling better now. Houston's air quality is pretty bad...I never suffered from allergies until I moved here.

Please let me know about the next VX gathering. I've been busy with my new home: unpacking, arranging, re-arranging, hanging pictures, installing light fixtures and fans, painting, going 1000 times to Lowe's/Home Depot... etc. ...Things are looking much better now! Pool construction is starting this week (weather permitted)....Once the pool is ready, I'm planning a VX gathering at my place (August?)! Count on it!
