Bad rattle after OME 912 install

Hey Guys - I am having a bad rattle over small bumps (road chatter) after installing my new OME 912's. I have looked and looked with no luck. I can't see anything loose and have no ideas.
The shocks are tight
The springs are in proper
Only thing I can think of now is the rubber ring the top of the shock sits against. It is a bit tired but don't know if that would make the rattle.

Any ideas... anyone else having this issue after spring install?

I don't have 912s, but the spring jacks I put in are metal and to protect against rattling and chafing I picked up some polyurethane spring isolators which are very much like our rubber ones. My springs/jacks don't rattle at all. The company that makes them is energy suspension.

I have a slight rattle when going over small bumps in the rear also lately and the only thing that i can come up with is the brake calipers,when i bang on them with my fist they have a little play in them and make a metal on metal sound,they are not loose and everything else is tight so i think im going to shim them with somthing idunno :rolleyes:

Have you checked your jack and jack handle to make sure they are snug?
