Just picked up some NAPA full-Syn Oil for the first time. Decided to give it a try versus the norm (mobil 1 full-syn), still stuck with the mobile 1 oil filter though.
My question is does anyone know how good this oil is or has anyone ever used it? It was on sale for $2 qt = i think $3 off regular price.

I'm pretty sure (like 97.975%) that Valvoline makes the NAPA synthetic. It's supposed to be the same base stock as Valvoline's SynPower oil but at a cheaper price since it labeled NAPA which makes it a 'group III' synthetic. I'd say at $2/quart, you can't go wrong. Now that i think about it......that's realllllllllllly cheap! You can pay more than that for conventional oil.

I worked at Napa for 6 months. It is made by Valvoline but doesn't have as many additives as regular Valvoline oil.
