Rear Axle Pinion bearing & seal

Anybody know what the Preload adjustment is when replacing the rear axle pinion bearing and seal along with (crush sleeve?). I did a search and only found things pertinent with the front axle along with rear axle seals but, nothing on the pinion bearing & seal. Mine is leaking pretty bad and I ordered the new parts today. I never could get the VX service manual on disc downloaded from Tone' site to work so I'd appreciate if someone knows the preload adjustment.

181-217 ft/lbs. for nut

3.04-5.64 in/lbs. for the flange preload for a new bearing

I would get ahold of the manual for sure though, sounds like your going to need it.
