Kind of OT...Bronco Question!!

Does anyone here have experience with early bronco steering boxes??

I'm trying to take the "lid/top" of mine to replace the gasket as its oooooozzzzzing fluid!

Got both bolts out...but it seems the 'adjuster nut' set up on top of the "lid' holds it on as well??


I cant figure out how to get the top off...HELP!...:confused:

LOL...glad it was what you were lookin' for...:dance:

It was just pure, unadulterated, dumb luck...:rolleyesg. In my case, the best kind.
I googled Bronco steering box & it was on the first page that came up, about the third selection I clicked on...if that isn't dumb luck, I don't know what is.
