Glad we decided to take a day to check out Arched National Park this year.

LAME!!

I went there shortly after it's first partial collapse, they figured it was going to collapse very soon after that, but it lasted about 6 years.

Too bad I didn't get to say my final good byes.

Not to worry, give it 1-2 thousand yrs., or less...or maybe more...:_confused

Then people will be going to visit "piles of rubble" National Park...:smilewink

I think all the remaining arches should be laminated with carbon fiber/epoxy resin, then painted to look like sandstone...:rolleyesg

Could have been a bad day for a hike! Hopefully all that is down there is just rubble.
The truth is, that which created them (errosion, weather) will destroy them. But,it will also create new ones:)
