Fuel Tank Leaking ?

I have been having a gas smell around my vx. I looked at it this morning and there is fuel dripping from the cover under the tank. I could not get the cover off because my tools are at work. It is ethier the tank or something connected to the tank. Has anyone had issues with the tank leaking? shawn

I found the leak it is the fuel sender on the front passenger side of the tank.

I have not yet . I could not remove screws.I drained enough gas so it would stop leaking. I could not tell if it was the gasket or the part of the sender were the plug is. I will probably just get a new sender and replace it. Is St Charles still open for parts? shawn
