Just wondering if anyone has interest in a LED light VX logo for the grille?

Can't decide if this is cheasy, or if it would be cool?

Anyone interested?

I did it in blue leds first then had to change it to white leds because the police kept pulling me over saying blue was for emergency vehicles only

cool idea, what type of leds are they ?,
I experimented with blue super bright leds in my old celica's grill they were very bright, so i had to take them out due to legal reasons , didnt want to risk getting pulled over,

They are super bright LEDs but I connected them to the dash board dimmer switch so I can control the intensity or turn them off completely. All my interior LEDs are also connected to the same switch.

Wow, that looks way cool. Perhaps a "yellow", or a "green", or a dark "purple" LED color would be legal enough so you wouldn't get pulled over by the police. A "yellow" version would look great on a Proton, "green" on a Dragon, and "purple" on an Ebony. The LED's should be bright enough to use as daytime running lights, too (& wired to the iginition switch). Let us know how it's done!!!

I would be down for a set in yellow, pending cost of course...

haven't give up on the idea, although it lost a little appeal since somone else has done this before.

i've got my vehicle in the shop so project will resume at a later date...

I agree that looks awesome and depending on cost I would go for one or two. ( Wish I could figure out how it was done.)
