Amazing tires!

Look at the picture of the car in motion. You can actually see right thru the tire. These tires are scheduled to be out on the market very soon.
The bad news for law enforcement is that spike strips will not work on these.
Just think of the impact on existing technology:
A. no more air valves...
B. no more air compressors at gas stations...
C. no more repair kits...
D no more flats...

Personally I can't see it for anything other than offroading. Looks cheesy on a sports car, plus can you imagine how dirty those outside walls would get? Looks like it would be very difficult to clean...

For on-road purposes I think more aggressive rim sizes with lower profile tires looks much better.
