I'm thinking about getting this.. looks pretty awesome, anyone tried it or anything like it?

not sure the tech specs of bluetooth.. will it be fast enough to transmit the data in real time?

Interesting find. Curious as to how well it works and what the "user end" features are (if any), like map changes and code reset.

Doesn't look very user friendly to me. It would have to be a very cheap alternative to a scanguage II for me to want it

There's a cheaper one (currently sold out) at DealExtreme (http://www.dealextreme.com/details.dx/sku.16921), but I was able to talk myself out of it pretty quickly. I guess they work okay, but they might not have the full features and live tracing that a wired one does.
If you're serious about it, you're going to want one that plugs into a laptop. If you just want a display, you're going to be happier with a scan gauge. If you just want to read codes, there are cheaper readers.
That's my thought, at least.
