I have a morgantec and it is okay, but I am not totally pleased with the sound. I really like the sound of the old glass pack I had on for a while when I got on it, but it was too loud all the other time. Has anyone tried "piggybacking" mufflers? I was considered leaving the MT then running it through a small glass pack out the back. Am I nuts?

About as nuts as the rest of us.

You can chain mufflers in series. I had a morgan tech, felt the same as you - plus wanted a dual in dual out... So I now have a Magnaflow with glass packs on each tail pipe for added noise reduction. The real challenge is to find the room...

Not making much sense out of that. Is that a headerback setup (2 mufflers, cats, etc) or are you dual in, Y out? It's early here and I am only 1/2 cup coffee down so far. ;)

I am considering straight duals back. Looks to be enough room under there (with some heat shields welded in of course), but chances of getting my hands on another PV1 to do so are slim. No hurry.
