So after finally getting the $#%$#%$#^ intake off, as soon as I lifted it the old gasket fell apart and pieces fell onto the vales. Is there anyway to get the pieces out without removing the head? There are pieces of plastic gasket in all the valve ports.:flame2:
Thanks,

Use a shop vac with a small flexible hose taped to the end . shawn

Well between the vacuum and a tool from harbor freight I was able to get all of it out. Now my torque wrench was broken and it snapped a manifold stud off with very little pressure. Now I have to get another stud and hopefully all will be well. Then I can trade this thing before I go broke. lol The old basket was all to pieces I guess the dealer used the old torque specs. I did a search but I'm confused on the torque specs. Do I use 13 ft lbs on the nuts on all four corners and 16 ft lbs on the long studs that go through the upper chamber? Also I checked online and I don't see a listing for the intake studs online, are they a dealer only item?
Thanks,
