Lookin' good there Crotchrocket!!! I don't recognize it without the usual mud on it. Did you do it all by yourself, or did you have help from your beautiful Claire??? What kind of garage's are those in the background-- individual apartment stalls or perhaps mini-storage bays???

She did help a bit with the polishing but she cant push hard enough to get the residue off, so i demoted her to cleaning the flat, lol
Those are full size english garages !!!! just enough room for a lawnmower :D

Lol - my girlfriend tried to help me once too, but she had a hard time matching my obsession to detail. So now I clean the cars, and she cleans the house.
Btw, what's the logo on the front lamps? Hard to make it out from the photo...

Nice. The weather went from 90f to 70f here, literally, overnight, so it looks like Fall is here and I am giddy. That means time to do a complete detail and winter waxing/prep. It's always nice when you can wash your vehicle and not have sweat pouring out of you at the rate of 3 gallons per minute.

Shiny!
I actually gave my VX the whole wash/clay/polish/way treatment the other weekend for the first time in the almost-2 years I've had it. I think it was the first time since it left the factory judging by the state of the roof - I shouldn't need to scratch-x entire panels. Anyhow, the difference is amazing as the surface of the vehicle is no longer like sand paper and it does actually reflect. I still need to shine up the plastic so its all lovely andtidy for JAE in a coupe of weekends but decided that could wait until I'm back from my holiday so it hasn't faded again in the meantime.
A
edit - a Bank Holiday is when silly people go out and park on motorways in the rain.

My VX has sooooo much tree rash from my last trip that washing it only depresses me. :(
I'm getting there though. I've been saving and selling diligently and by the end of next month I should have enough dough to get her all spiffed up. I can't wait.
