While surfing the WWW i bounced with this seller : eautoworks.com

They offers a set of high performance 100/80 watts 12V bulbs to upgrade our toys for a very affordable cost ( $29.95 )

The helio lite xenon H4 in white color ( 4300K ) not DOT approved

Bear in mind that the stock wiring harness wasn't designed to carry that large of a load, at the least, I would think that you may have to upsize the fuses to a higher amperage.

Ldub is right, but I would just spend another 30 bucks and go HID.

Yeah. the fuse must be upgraded as well to avoid any potential hazard.

I thought of sharing this one for those members whom didn't get the opportunity to purchased it from our fellow tone monday who used to sell similar ones. :yeso:

I have the original ones from Tone of course, just running a bigger fuse. I had 2 sets of HIDS, hi and low beam, and just had a few problems and told me I preferred using those bulbs. Because when an HID bulb goes out or something goes wrong, you have 1 strobbing headlight which makes for an interesting commute!

Can you please provide me the fuse's part number ?

I haven't make my mind to upgrade on HID so far so these bulbs may be enough for me.

I had the bulbs from Tone too, and all I did was up the 10amp fuse to a 15amp fuse in the main fuse box (actually I think that there are two that run the head lights) and all was well. I don't think that there is a part number on the fuse, it's just a typical blade type fuse.

I too had the same bulbs, exactly the same bulbs. They are ok, I like my HIDs much better. They are in a total different spectrum but the Xenons would be my choice again If I didn't have the HIDs. Like Mark said, just up the fuse. The wire harness can handle the extra load for these lights.

(there are all kinds on ebay 4000k - 8000k) all claim no modification required.

this one says:

They draw the same wattage as your OEM stock bulbs Standard Wattage Draw: 55W/60W

my question is would I still need to change the fuse or is there a specific W I should not exceed?

All depends on the price,if they are cheap don't bit it.If the wattage is 65/55 no other fuse upgrade is required



High performance bulbs doesn't cost cheap as the regular 65/55watts.

Hella also sales high wattage bulbs. (100/80) which in my particular case cost me only $ 30.00 @ strauss auto. :yesgray:
