I got these LED's off eBay a la Audi, and they fit nicely between the cladding and the headlight, replacing the (missing) rubber. But what do you think? Too bling?

For me a little too much bling. however it appears your pics were taken with the lights on in the day time. Let's see what it looks like after dark with the headlights on. Maybe a completely different impression.

I would not personally run them during the day, but as handeeman said, at night it may be a whole different impression. How much were they from ebay if you don't mind me asking?

Alright so you asked for opinions, so here you go:
-during the day, no way, looks like a pearl necklace, blah
-at night, surprisingly a lot better than I thought, not too bad
Do you have pics with your headlights on and the LED's on? If they were less visible during the day I would probably like them a lot more, but no go for me just because of the day shots.

I've taken a couple below, but the headlights come up as very yellow. I need to get some HID's or high white bulbs. I'll take a picture during the day tomorrow with them switched off - they might be not so obvious!

Looks good, nice work. My rubbers staring to come off too, but like someone mentioned before, it does look a little odd during the daytime. I think I am going to look into something that would either frost the plastic or tint it so its not so apparent, maybe just to blend them in some. Great idea BTW.

maybe its the pic but makes it look like a light strip not led's in a row.. If I do go something like this I would find a way to take off or darken every other led some how so it looks more like the audi how you can see each individual led.
but props man I do like it.

I like the look at night, looks cool! My rubber strips are long gone so this was a great idea to fill that space and looks great.....although get the HID ASAP so you lose the yellow lights.
