AC fuse keeps blowing out

Hi folks. I recently replaced my blower motor on the AC. Can't live with no air conditioning here in Texas. Even after replacing it, the air did not work at all on the level three setting, but worked fine for a while on all other settings. Now, it still does not work on the third setting, but the fuse blows out instantly when set on high. Setting one and two still seem to work ok.

I'm not very mechanical. I'm a female 40ish and my BF is nearly blind and not that mechanical either. So tips need to be detailed for me.
