PV Muffler sound mellowed?

Has anyone seen a dramatic decrease in noise that the PV Muffler makes? Has anyone figured out how to rid it of the "Wheeze" without changing tips? I like the power increase but, sure don't care for the whistle.....

Are you talking about the muffler attached to the OEM pipes or the catback?

Sorry, Should have mentioned it. It's the Catback system..

My God, Scott where have you been. Look at the long PV muffler posts on the old forum.
I had a catback and promptly got rid of it because of several items including the wheeze.

At least remove the innards from the resonator tip or even better, replace the entire tip and your wheeze will be gone.
