I can find a empty parking lot to do some donuts in your name Ms sue.
Well,my girlfriend is about to face her 1rst winter storm since she came into the US in spring season so i pretty sure she'll hold down the bunker very tight for sure. LOL
Was so funny looking at her with all winter gear up.she born surrounded by the caribbean sea back in the margarita island of venezuela where she used to be on short skirts whole day year around.
I sent an pic of her to the family & all were laughing.

I feel like an mummy, all wrapped up in cloths she said.
Florida papi ? She wonder asking me
Told her :Oh yes,sure !
but 1rst you got to get your share here baby LOL.

Hey, Tom--- LOL, your VX looks just like a Ford F-350 under that snow. I was sad to see your backyard canopy crushed from the weight of the snow. Your X-Mas tree and decorations are simply beautiful. God Bless your little heart!!!:bgwb:

It's been snowing sunshine here for the past week! I don't know how much longer I will be able to handle these extremely cold temps in the 70's. I mean yesterday I had to put on my bike shorts and short sleeve jersey to survive my 2 hour bike ride. It was brutal...but somebody's got to brave this wicked weather:tweed:

We got 17 inches here on Cape Cod. Just finished blowing it out of the driveway. Some drifts were over two feet. Great weather for a ride!

I've got no pictures of my VX powering through four foot drifts (she slept peacefully in the garage through the whole ordeal), but I did shoot a few pictures of my summer home...my rear deck! I understand we got somewhere around 20 inches in my area. I believe that may be conservative.

Riff Raff,

Wifey gets the KUDOS on the Christmas decorations (I'm just the unskilled laborer):)

Canopy was no biggy. Got it for our daughter's graduation party & just left it up since it provided extra shelter for the dogs (3 Golden Retrievers). It was a Walmart cheapo & lasted 2 years so no complaints ... 'cept for cleaning up the mess.

The front on the RV is actually a E450 Triton V10 (I'll be towing the VX to Moab in 2011 with it). &^$%&^% ... it's an 09 and just got a CEL on it and hafta replace an O2 sensor & 2 coils.

KAT, at one point, the snow was sticking to it so much that you couldn't even tell it was a Proton. Did a little driving the neighborhood last night after the streets had refrozen. Traction was no problem but the ice chunks made for a VERY rough ride. It was great not having to shovel that section of the driveway ... just up & over. Backing back into that tight spot was a little un-nerving, I actually locked in the transfer case for that part. BTW, posted a few more pix to that same link (daytime shots).

CobraJet - That's how my back yard looked too ... till the dogs trashed it - they LOVE the snow.

The storm before this NorEaster dumped 10" where I work @ in Erie, PA but only left 1.5" @ my home. This storm (NorEaster) missed us so I still have very little snow on the ground. We have gotten freezing rain a couple times though and my story is kind of amusing....

I live on a dirt road that became a solid sheet of ice the other day. A neighbor drove past in his Avalanche as I was about to pull out of my driveway in the VX. I followed him from a safe distance as we proceeded up the slight grade. At the top of the street is a stop sign/intersection. He proceeded to snap&twirl around after trying to stop. I waited/watched as he proformed a variety of acrobatics...none of which looked to be planned...lol. He finally managed to start going the opposite way and pulled beside me..puts the window down...and starts telling me I'd better not try it. I said "thanks" and proceeded anyways with my Green Diamond Icelander M/T's....I was very tenative with stopping @ the sign but had no obvious issues with turning left and proceeding up the other street. Decided to stop and watch him in my side mirror. He decides to try again after my success and repeats his twirling routine......LOL.
