I had an interesting drive home yesterday. I was behind a Police Ford Explorer at a stop sign when to my extreme surprise a 99 VX turns right from in front of him. I was like Manny from Ice Age finding out there was another woolly mammoth. After a 5 mile chase...(in the direction of my Son's day care, so I wasn't stalking) I pulled up next to the VX and signaled to pull over. We pulled over into an O'reillys auto and had a quick chat. Yada yada yada......Lets all welcome "WHODEY" to the VX Family.

He purchased this (http://www.vehicross.info/forums/showthread.php?t=17209) vx from Chicago and has plans of morphing his rig with a lot of inspiration from LDUB.

Yeah, it was pretty weird to see another VX in my area.

I didnt warn him about the humor. I am sure he will gather that we are ridiculously sarcastic and to never take anyone seriously.....seriously, don't take us seriously.

Welcome to the VX Family, I too bought my VX from Chicago, then I drove it all the way down here to TX, and I have gotten a lot of "ideas" from Larry (LDub). Hope we can help you as you modify your new toy :)

Welcome Dave. Caution - the mental situation is contageous (Handee was almost normal before he joined).

If ya have about an hour to kill, there's a zip file in the Download section that has about 700 pix of member's rigs. That should really get the ideas flowing for future mods.
