knock sensor

so got rid of codes that had except for 1441(knock sensor) and it keeps comming back, would like to drive it for a while instead of working on it. what would this cause to happen, is it just causing the timing to be changed to get rid of knock all the time or what, i have ran sea foam thru the tank, it usually comes back after a longer drive(10 miles) and not right away after it's cleared. when I get around to replacing it where is best place to get manifold gasket? thanks in advance.

ok so going to break down and replace the k/s in the next few weeks, noticed there are two brands. One made by Wells and the other Delco, who used which and their take on them. thanks.
