definately interesting billy. how does a helicopter turn into a video game though? i dont get it...

VERY cool! I love radio control helicopters. Have an indoor model (the dog hates it) and a newer one for outdoors. Haven't been able to master it yet since we only get 2 or 3 hours a month when the wind isn't 500 MPH. It is FAST for such a tiny little thing!

Those little helo's are quite different. The parrot is controled by your iPhone (other phone options coming) and you can "play" against others in other locations...or just fly it.

Oh yeah, I see that now - it looks like the Parrot uses the iPhone/iTouch's ability to sense movement to control yaw & roll like a6-axis gamepad. COOL x 100! Holy carp - and they have a built-in CAMERA!

I'm in love!

The coolest thing about this product, for developers, is the vendor has done all of the hard work integrating all of the gyros and accelerometers. They provide the software layer for hover and direction control. They provide the iphone interface for the cameras and controls. This is a killer platform.
