All the winners were late model American Muscle cars, but thought these were interesting.

This is a Mercedes-Benz designed to pull aircraft, but modified with a 5.7L turbo diesel. Only has a 93.5" wheel base and it looks great. I really liked the sticker...:bwgy::smilewink:bgwo::bgwb:

Earl,
is that a Unimog? Yeah, cool sticker, but I like more when creative people convert them Unimogs to campers. :)

I love the cab forward design of the Mogs and that Jeep.
That thing looks tough . I wonder how much it weighs?
That 5.7 prob put out a lot of power. I think most of those Unimogs
only had something like 68 hp, but could pull stumps with the torque.

Original had 88 hp.

It weighs amost 5 tons, right at 9800 lbs.

He said with the wheel cups it can almost turn on a dime...

I can remember a article in Road and Track about the Mog back in the late 60's, they were pulling train cars or something
