Saw this (http://www.wimp.com/nailart/) over on another forum. It looks cool, but I just can't for the life of me believe it's real. It looks to me like it must have been edited somehow. I keep seeing nails come out at very odd angles compared to where the gun is pointed. Is it just my subconscious skepticism or did this guy really pull this off? What say you?

Yeah that's totally fake, I don't know how it's done either, but you can definitely tell the bullets appearing on the page don't line up with the angle he's pointing the gun.

NO F'N WAY that's real!

Watch how fast his trigger finger is moving vs how fast the "nails" are completing the "portrait".
Then realize that there is no coil fed roofing nailer that can possibly hold that many nails, & you come up with...http://www.smileyvault.com/albums/signs/smiley-vault-signs-024.gif

:_iamwiths Total BS. Besides what everyone else said. Even though he stops firing, the mouth continues to be "drawn".

I could be wrong, but I think the head of the nails are a bit big to fit that sized nail gun. So, I say....BS

you cant fire nails from a nail gun with any accuracy if at all. The ones I use require you to push against something hard before the trigger will release just to prevent idiot like this from doing something stupid like this. Most cases the nail would richochet off rather than stick to the wood.
