There maybe a post about this somewhere that I did not locate so I figured id post it up and see what responses we have. Anyway I am talking about the 2 Spaces on the sides of our front License Plates. I know most of us have filled these in with some kind of fog/driving lights. If whoever has them could post some pics and info about them that be great. So many choices not sure which to get would like to hear who likes what the most. Thanks !!

Just go to the member's list (left side of home page) and query member "KENNY". Look both at his photo gallery and at "all threads STARTED BY Kenny". Fellow VX Member "KENNY" is the king of auxilary lighting and specializes in LED lighting add-ons. 'Nuff said.

What type/stock number on ebay are the oblongs that you used in the front holes? They certainly look like they could have been stock for our VX.
Did those require the addition of resistors or were they strictly wire and play?
I have seen several lengths on ebay, just wondering if you have a link on which ones were appropriate.

Yes; Kenny, the earlier PIAA Deno-1 model has been discontinued and has now been replaced by the newer "Deno-2" model (see official PIAA website). The new PIAA Deno-2 model can be found on-line for about $185 per pair from various on-line retailers. The PIAA Deno-2 is the perfect LED daytime running lights to install in the slot openings next to the front license plate on the VX.

Deno-1 has 12 LEDs, so about an inch or more bigger than Deno-2.
The shape of the Deno-1 was sweet for the oblong shape of the opening.
Go for broke! stuff these in there!

LOL, just like the ad said-- "light", as in singular/each. That's $82 x 2 = $164 per pair, plus jacked-up shipping on each light sold seperately (it's a scam all the way). I've seen the Deno-2 for $185 per pair and FREE shipping.
