The ABS is out in my VX, just looking for people's opinion on fixing it. Not sure what the issue is, could be as simple as the fuse, could be the module. If it's the module I won't replace it. Driving in the snow, I did fine with it off.

Does anyone throw it in neutral when stopping on a slick surface? I tried it today in the snow, and it seems a "little" better, but it's negligible.

I like the ABS, but you'll get many different opinions on this subject.

I too like my ABS but when the module went out a new one is 3,000 grand and a used one is almost nonexistant, so I have learned to break without the ABS.

Thanks guys, yeah that thread is interesting. I saw another one that prompted this post basically arguing against abs. I didn't have any problems today after Denver got dumped on. I'll try a fuse and maybe check the leads. I did notice better stopping when throwing it in neutral while driving today.
