fuzzy hole removable ?

sorry if this is a dumb question...

i just received the 2" monitor off of ebay and i'm expecting the camera any minute.

Q: does the fuzzy hole/bezel just "pop" out or do i have to remove the dash to get it out ?

i think i'm just going to surface mount the monitor over the hole, but will need to drill some holes in it to deal with the wires.

Pops out. Stick your hand in there and push against one of the sides.
