I have a new rattle/vibration lately. I crawled under the truck yesterday, low and behold, the passenger front sway bar bushing from indy4x was busted. The steel had torn all the way through where the bolt goes through to the frame. Boo!!! I am a little ticked about that. I keep em greased, at least once a quarter. That bracket failed in less than two years, with less than 10K miles. Granted, I wheel mine some, but still, seems kind of fishy. I may try removing the sway bar altogether, but I am afraid of the results with the IFS kit. I am also wondering if the IFS kit may have helped in premature failure, but seeing as I have only had the pin out for about 2 days of wheeling, I don't think so.

Lots of stress in them there straps. Metal fatigue sucks. I put on larger washers to save the stresses on the holes.

I was thinking along the same lines for the next set. I am ordering a rear 3rd member with a locker for the wife's RS, so whats another 30 bucks for new bushings again?
