OK so got around to finish the Uber fogs and LED's. I bought the LED's that were high output and have to say they are worth it. Here are some pics of them and shoots at night. Used our fog light housing to put the LED's in and used the connection for them to run the Uber cheap ones and seperate switch to control the LED'S.

I could run with just the LED's at night and would be happy.

Very nice! How did you attach the lights to the factory housing?

Can you say "those are "freakin' bright!"

What brand, model, price for the LEDs you got? Trying to figure out in the pics exactly how you used the OEM lens cover with your LEDs.

in the 1st two pics the aluminum spacer goes on the LED housing and fits inside the fog housing(snug fit) that I cut the back end off and pulled the insides out, them it slides in there and just used some RTV to seal, the LED's were the ones on e-bay that ran $149 or so, been a while and will look up. Here they are, but they have went up in price:

Do you know how/ if the light pattern from the LEDs was different when it was behind the OEM lens cover vs. w/o it?

I hooked up the LED's to the battery and shined on the house wwith just one and don't remember it being different, though it was just one and held in my hand so cann't say for sure.

nice lights! I like it, but don't like the price.. although if I have a VX i would probably like it... since I can get a HID kit for $40.
But that is really bright LEDs!!!!
