Rear Ceiling Vent Removal

Got a loose rear spoiler piling, need to get underneath to tighten it down. How do I remove that rear ceiling vent plastic grate? Any advice appreciated.

Just gota yank on it. There is nothing but the metal push tabs holding it in so it will just pop out. It just needs some persuasion. you shouldn't have to remove anything else to get to the spoiler.
