You mean a bra? Or do you mean the 3M thing?

I have the carbon fiber look bra....

I cant remember exactly where I got it, but autoanything.com sounds familiar.

I'm curious where the 3M things can be purchased.

Hchen,

The bra comes in two-pieces. One piece that covers the hood edge and the other that covers the front cladding. Many people have just the top portion on.

The only place I know that sells them is Isuzu dealers. Someone else can correct me if I am wrong about that.

I believe I got mine at carpartsline.com however they don't exist anymore I don't think....but I know you can get them at caraccessories.com about $66.00 for just the hood cover or about $110.00 for the hood and cladding cover. I would get both, it has sure saved my cladding from alot of rock nicks!

Thanks for the info. i just purchased the bra for the hood at autoanything.com . rocks dont seem to be an issue for my cladding.

haha tipping over...i've ahd that a couple times 'cause that's after i hit dips and bigger bumps. i've upgraded teh sways and it actually made a pretty noticeable difference when i drifted. you just have to do it little by little until you get it down perfect and you'll be slidin around corners like there's no tomorrow. haha

James...i havent gotten my vx bra yet. cost me 64 beans for the c/f look ones. i think regular is mid 40's. which is ... eh... it's not gonna look that good but at least it'll have me staying away from those touchup places. now if i can get flames that shoot out the sides of the car so when idiots hit my doors with theirs they get burned alive....that'll make everything all good to go.

The best upgrade I did for drifting is my wider wheels and tire combo 20" x 9"s makes a whole lot of difference. I never feel like I am tipping over anymore. Instead I get that sports car feel/handling wraping around corners.

:fyi: remember to not let your VX set out in the hot sun with a wet bra/nose mask on as it will burn your paint! I've had mine that I bought from Isuzu for 3 years now and it has kept the front end pristine...but, I've always took if off when leaving my VX outside in the sun...in case it rains while I'm away. The few times I drove it in to work I removed the bra while letting it sit outside. If it does get wet simply turn it inside out and let it dry out. Dries quickly if you leave the bra out in the sun inside out!

aite Jolly, thanks for the info. i'll make sure i do that when i get it. i wasnt even aware that it would burn the paint..but then again..maybe i can get a new paintjob like...pink with those sparkles...ya kno, show winning stuff..................yea....
