Is the Isuzu 3.2 DOHC engine the same bolt pattern (mating surface) as the 3.5L?

I am considering an engine swap on my Porsche 914 that I just bought to restore.

Found a company that does adapter kits, and they list the 3.2 as one they have made!

So, since I'm familiar with the 3.5 already, I was considering going this route.

Thanks!
BTW... here's the link to their site.
AND, they say that they might do other engines/vehicles if there is enough demand...

From what I've read here, it is the same block etc. I believe the 3.5 is just a slight bore job over the 3.2. That's an interesting swap idea. cool.

A very common swap is the 350 V8 into the 914... but I don't like being "common".
LOL

The VX seats will look great in the 914 too.
This will be a fun project.
Just have to find a donor VX.
It'll be a parts car after I take what I need.
Oh... I need money before I can start this... minor detail.
LOL:smilewink

I got a message back from Kennedy Engineering saying that they dont do the Isuzu engines anymore. They could still do the conversion plate for me, but it would be "custom" and no guarantees.

With that, I think I'm going to do a small block V8 350.
(oh darn. LoL)
