I went to my school this weekend to move some stuff up. VX did pretty well in the snow. Coming from a Subaru, however, the VX seems to really push with the front end. Not sure if that is oversteer or understeer. And I am used to having a good ABS system. It will take some getting used to, but I LOVED IT!!!!! Here are some pics I took. The one where there is no snow is when I left Sheboygan, WI and began heading up to Houghton, MI. No snow in lower WI yet lol. And yes, there is a sock monkey hanging from my mirror. His name is Benaiah, after the Old Testament story of David's Mighty Men. Benaiah was one of the mightiest. :)

Also, I added some of the pics to my gallery twice and I want to delete the smaller of the file sizes of each picture. I can't figure out how to do it and I searched for a thread on it with no luck. I feel like Sue would know how. Help with that anyone? Please and thank you.

Awesome pics Justin...I keep waiting for some snow here...still waiting.....:rollo:

Delete photos:....It's not very obvious .....think I had to ask Dub.

HOW TO DELETE PICS IN YOUR GALLERY

~Go to your gallery

~Open specific pic you want to delete

~Look under the blue horizontal banner that says "Additional Info" (it's about 2" below the picture)

~See two rows of ICONS

~It's the 1st icon on lower row...a little blue square with a yellow slash across it. Click that.

~ Look to the very bottom of the BLUE box, for text that says:
"If you want to delete this image completely, check this box (CAREFUL - once it's gone it's gone)"

~Check the box

~Click "Submit Changes"

Looks like a fun time. The VX does handle differently in snow because of the very short wheelbase but won't let you down once you get the feel of it.

WOW, those are professional grade pictures. Impressive.

Can you edit your original post and press enter after each picture? That way they'll appear in a vertical stack vs a horizontal row. Much easier to read and view that way.
Thanks!
Oh yeah, sweet pics too.

ya know, some day I'm going to figure this out....his pics have displayed vertical for me since he posted them.....yet they're horizontal to you.....I wonder if it's a Mac thing...I'm on a mac...Breezy are you on a Mac too??

in any event, to solve it just like Sam said, put a space /return between each pic. THat's what ya'll taught me to do when mine were doing that.

Yeah, I have a Macbook (true love) and mine are vertical. But Lemme fix it quick for ya. They are far from professional. I just have a freeze/shock/dirt/water proof 12 MP digital camera. I think I have a pretty good eye for what makes a good picture, and my sister does too (the ones I'm driving in). Then I just tweek the colors in iPhoto a very tiny bit. I cropped a couple of them. But nothing much at all. Thank you though. :)

Thanks Breezy for editing. I hope we get some decent snow here this year. We've already had a couple of 2 inch snows, but the streets were too warm for it to stick around.

I'm so jealous of the snow. Its December 19th in Ohio and its 49 degrees outside. That is absurd. I hope we have some snow on or around Christmas at least

We have snow falling right now in Southern Colorado... I love it!!

The picture thing depends on how your browser parses out the code so it may be different for each user depending on what you use. Internet Explorer is very unforgiving...

Yay, we got a little bit of snow, too. I'm glad I went cruising around for an hour or so starting at 11pm. Typical Oklahoma, it was all but slush by morning and I drove home from work on dry pavement.

Travis, most of the snow already melted today. Supposed to be in the 50's all week.

While you guys are trying to find snow, I am trying to avoid it, but couldn't. I had tickets for a dinner show in Hagerstown, MD, last Saturday night, that I couldn't miss. The weather forecast were calling for high winds, cold temps, and "some snow north and west of the DC area." I put on my Blizzaks just in case, and sure enough, it had started to snow just as the show let out. I was taking I-81 south to I-66, so I shared the road with 18-wheelers most of the way. The wind was blowing the VX all over the road, but I kept it between the white lines (where I could see the lines.) I know that's not the kind of snow you are looking for, but it has to start somewhere. And you guys can have it all! My VX is a mess! :)

Yah, I was in that same crap. Unfortunately I was driving the Eclipse rather than the VX. Still made it home OK.
