Sears has the Kenwood Sirius Satellite Radio System for $50. It is out of stock online, but you can buy online and pickup in store. Requires subscription.

I went ahead and ordered one. My local store(s) say it will be 22 - 24 DAYs ... yesh.

I'm not sure I want to pay the $12 a month or whatever it costs, seems a bit pricey to me, but I may try it out.

I've grown to like the digital music channels on my Sat dish, so maybe this will grow on me as well.
