Lens Restorer on the hood insert.

So i was doing my Headlight lenses that had become yellow over the years with Rain-X Headlight Restorer and I was pretty happy with the results. So I impulsively Put a big dollop on my stock hood insert that had become grey and oxidized since 99 and my gamble payed off really well. My hood insert looks brand new and back to a more even coloring.If you are considering a cheap way to fix up the look of your exterior, I fully recommend this.

Headlight restorer kits contain a polishing compound so the effect should be similar to waxing the insert.
