So being as im turning the big 2.1 this May. I thought, what better way to spend it than with an awesome group of people who share the same love for an awesome vehicle, while doing some off roading in Moab.
So for the last 71 days I have been on the phone ordering parts left right and centre. Everything from rock sliders to safari lights. Go BIG or go home right? :thumbup:
So heres my list so far:
Super Sliders - Rocky Road
Rear Diff cover - Rocky Road
K&N Air Filter - JB's Power Center
Safari Roof Rack - JB's
2 SR series 6" spectre LED flood lights - Rigid Industries
Cobra 75 wx st - Local Truck Stop
Next Week - 5 new all terrain tires and all around fluid change

Did you review the "Moab prep" lists on the site here? There's a bunch of info, you can kind of pick and choose what you decide to bring.

Right off the top, you should consider getting some good shackles and a tow strap.

Im installing them on the front of the roof basket and wiring them through the back spoiler. I get the basket tomorrow and get the wiring installed sometime next week.

I heart light bars... been eyeing a 32" vision X light bar for a while. It's unbelievable how much a fancy light bulb can cost.

This is both lit up in my basement. The photo makes them look weak.

Picked up the roof rack this morning, mounted and test fit the lights.
now just waiting for the shop to call me back to make an appointment to wire up the lights. :bgwo:

I like this wheel, has a similar look of the Enkeis that tjh and Kenny have. What's the sizing info/offset/etc you're getting...?

Backspace = 4.5 in.
Offset = 0mm

complete AmsOil fluid change (front and rear diff, transmission and transfer case, and engine oil)

higher power headlights
5 discovery A/T3 tires
5 pro-comp rims
braided brake lines
