Official "Black Hood Club"(BHC) Thread.

Wanted to start a "Black Hood club", the BHC, lol. Well anyways, any one with a painted Black Hood is welcomed, and for all those that Want to be part of it, or thinking of it. Your welcomed to join 2, you just have to sell your soul to the BHC as a layaway until you get ur Hood painted, lol, just messing :p . Ebony's, sorry, unless you get ur hood painted white, we'll consider it ;) .So Black Hoods, roll your way in, :bgwo: .

P.S. For you Ebony's, I know you guys are screwed here, but you can open ur own Ninja VX Club, something only u guys can really do, and every1 else is screwed, just an Idea :bgwo: .

Yeah Boy, wooh, ur the first Astral *BHC*. Love the way it looks with ur color.:) Here is your *BHC* patch.
Its up to you guys, but if you guys like, you can add the *BHC* on the top left next to ur year and color.

Oh Mae, i have no clue really. My brother works in body shop and paint it for me. I'll ask him, and let ya know when I get chance to talk to him. I know he used real car paint and a light coat of car clear paint as well, but that all I know Mae.

Thats the best one I got on hand. Got new wheels for it and just ordered my 35's today. Same exact setup as yours, 15" Cragars and MT/R Kevlars.

Thats Sick Mae, different idea, but real sick. Just needs the BHC VX on it somehow. Maybe make a Black VX hood, from a top view, with that picture V added. Put it inside some how without going overboard and tacky, and add the BHC VX logo in an angle, taking about 50% of the hood, like maybe on the bottom right corner. Can u guys picture it?

I got mine painted by my brother, sorry I can't remember what people use. But you can simply just get sandpaper, primer, black flat paint, and a very light coat of clear to protect it at any auto place. I always get the 550 degree heat protective engine paint for everything. Its has ceramic in it, so its a little tougher in my opinion, but that what I think.Hope that helped. :)

how about a little white decal to go somewhere on the hood? just small for a corner or something? or a short strip of thin words for the side like how Jeep has "Rubicon"

Yep, my black hood is "factory"... :cool: I do like the look of the black hood (bonnet?) on Ironman VXes, but I'm going to leave mine all black!

Just an update... I'll be a little busy up to the Moab trip with VX projects and moving to a new house :bwgy:

I'll start working on a "BHC" decal once I get back from Moab and everything settles down. I like the ideas so far... and want to try Ala5ka's hood decal idea to see how it will look.
