need fan switch help

Hello fellow VX'ers. I need a fan switch, the one in the dash. High position was the only position that worked until a few days ago. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Might check the fan relay located on the fan (plug connects to it). They are known to go bad. My 3rd one just blew. While you are in there you should pull the fan assembly and clean it out...they collect a bit of dirt.
