I saw those pics uploaded into the gallery by a member here named Ronnie Oliver. Unfortunately I agree with circmand. Kinda reminds me of the little "decked out" pickups you see on the streets in Tiajuana. Not much effort to laminate the insert with a big decal and stick a JC Whitney hood scoop on top of it. But, as said before... To each his own.

I agree, the scoop really needs to be fiberglassed into the hood insert. I guess it can't because the insert is a decal or something.

IMO, loosing the hood scoop would improve the look.

Have to admit I wasn't really digging that scoop much in the original pics. My only thought was that 'maybe" it would have looked ok if the mesh was blacked-out, then turned around with the vents toward the back?
