my transmission cooling lines leaking
has anyone done this or know how hard they are to replace. if you did it how much should it cost the mechanic told me like 2 hrs labor?

Leaking from where? Up front where they connect to the radiator? That should be REALLY easy to do by yourself. Just change out the rubber hoses and clamps.

looks like line is rusted by transmission not rubber hoses metal cooling lines that go to rubber hoses

You will have to replace those lines then. You can get hard lines like that at Napa, then you bend them to what you want. Might have a shop do that.

Is there anything towards the undersides of these VX's we can count on to NOT rust/corrode? :p
