Hiya gang! I must admit, its been far too long since I last visited the ol VX hitchin' post, but I come back today, head down, with a request for help.

Two years ago, I pulled the back seat out of yahzu (our vx) for extra cargo room. Still have the seat of course, but now there's a new problem:
Long story short, the wife and I just brought home our first addition to the family (a baby girl!!) and now the rear seat needs to go back in.

I thought I had left the bolts safely wrenched into there designated mounting holes, but alas, when I went to go put the seat back in this afternoon, I only found one of the smaller bolts remaining, so I'm suspecting the black hole-vibration-Houdini monster stole the other three.

Anybody know what size the two larger bolts are so I can wiz down to the hardware store tomorrow? I've checked both the VX manual and the parts book with absolutely no luck in finding the actual size.
Pleeeeeeeease!!!

Thank ya guy and Kat! I did see that diagram, but all I really need are the bolts, which if worse comes to worse, I'll just run to the nearest Ace and do some T&E.
You'd think out of the hundreds of miscellaneous bolts one acquires over the years that I'd have at least one...
I did try a biggun' from my Nissan that threaded in about a quarter of an inch, but I wasn't in the mood to push it. Right diameter, wrong thread style.

Using the search function, I found lotsa discussion about removing the rear seat. This was the only reference to bolt size that I could find:

There was another thread that mentioned that the owner found the size he needed in an assortment set he picked up at a parts store (so they should be a common size).

Thank ya Tom. I had a look-see, but I'm quite sure I'll find something comparable in the metric section, M7 or M8 size. Just need to get the threading right, as I'm not sure if its the typical metric machine thread bolt, or something more standard. Let y'all know when I find out!

If you have a local Fastenal (http://www.fastenal.com/web/home.ex), you may wish to start there. I've had only good experiences with them.

Just be sure to get high strength steel bolts. So they don't snap, in case of a wreck. You might find the rear seat up front!
